Acceptance
By accessing or using AVScript ("the Service") at avscript.tv, you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by BION.TV d.o.o., Republic of Croatia, EU (OIB: HR35996867441).
Eligibility
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old. Minors may use AVScript under the supervision and responsibility of an adult account holder — such as a teacher, workshop leader, or project manager. The adult account holder is fully responsible for all activity under their account.
Description of Service
AVScript is a browser-based platform for video editing preparation, including: media analysis, timecode marking, playlist building, FCPXML export, cloud storage, AI transcription, and collaboration tools.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged after cancellation.
Refunds
We do not offer automatic refunds. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact avscript@bion.tv within 14 days of the charge.
Service Improvement
By using AVScript, you agree that BION.TV d.o.o. may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. We will never use your footage, projects, or personal content for AI training or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Your Content
Your footage and project data remain yours. You grant BION.TV d.o.o. a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AVScript to:
- Upload content you do not have rights to
- Engage in illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
Cloud Storage
Files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. We strongly recommend maintaining local backups. BION.TV d.o.o. is not liable for data loss.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
AVScript is provided "as is". BION.TV d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email before significant changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
Republic of Croatia and applicable EU regulations. Disputes resolved in Croatian courts.

Data We Collect
- Account data: Email, name (optional), authentication data via Supabase.
- Usage data: Features used, session duration, anonymised analytics — used to improve the Service.
- Content data: Files you upload (stored on Cloudflare R2), project data, transcriptions.
- Billing data: Processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
How We Use Your Data
To provide and operate the Service, authenticate your account, process payments, send transactional emails (password reset, subscription notifications, invoices), provide customer support, and improve the Service through anonymised usage analytics.
We never sell your data. We never use your footage or projects for AI training without explicit consent.
Data Processors
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, storage (R2), AI transcription (Workers AI)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
All processors are GDPR-compliant.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, export your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time.

Data Retention
- Account and project data: retained while your account is active.
- Uploaded files: deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.
- Billing records: 7 years as required by Croatian law.
- Anonymised analytics: retained indefinitely.
Cookies
Essential cookies for authentication (required). Anonymous analytics via Cloudflare — no personal identifiers. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Account holders must be 18+. Minors may use the Service under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel anytime in account settings.
Changes
We will notify registered users of significant changes via email before they take effect.
